  • Rental Period The rental period for each Gaming Machine will be specified at the time of booking. You agree to return the Gaming Machine in the same condition as it was received, except for normal wear and tear, by the end of the rental period.
  • Payment You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your rental, including any applicable taxes, in accordance with the payment terms presented to you at the time of booking. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms.
  • Delivery and Return GameBox will arrange for the delivery and return of the Gaming Machine to and from your specified location. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery and return location is accessible and suitable for the delivery and return of the Gaming Machine.
  • Damage and Loss You are responsible for any damage to or loss of the Gaming Machine during the rental period, except for normal wear and tear. You agree to reimburse GameBox for any costs associated with repairing or replacing the Gaming Machine.
